Pool Service package options

What’s included?	Chemically Test & Balance Water, Re-balance if necessary, Scoop Pool Surface, Clear Skimmer Basket, Clear Pump Basket, Check skimmer fittings. Supply or Replenish Chemicals if required.	All of the “Bronze - Healthy Water” Package, plus: Pool wall scrub (waterline), Brush steps, Spot vacuum pool (if required), Backwash sand filter or clean cartridge filter, Salt cell clean (if required), Check all equipment –seals/o’rings, chemi-gem / chlorinator connections and injectors. Supply or Replenish Chemicals if required.	All of the “Silver – Maintainer” Package plus: Full pool vacuum, plus Preventative maintenance programme (including full equipment check). Supply or Replenish Chemicals if required.	All of the “Gold” Package benefits. Supply or Replenish Chemicals if required.
Who should have this package?	Suited to active residents who maintain a hands-on role with their pool or low maintenance pools, but want to ensure that the pool is hygienic and free of contaminants.	Standard residential package. Typical residential home with pool below 30,000 litres – where the family is time constrained and want an affordable, hassle free solution. Typically a single pump (pool only) or dual pump (solar, spa or water feature) configuration.	Premium residential package. Pool size above 40,000 litres (or where the pool requires “special” attention eg high foliage or sand, no pool cleaner/Kreepy Krauly onsite). 4x2 homes and up -where the owner entrusts their pool-care to Pool West. Depending on the scale of the configuration – the site may incur additional labour costs in increments of 30minute minimums based on our hourly rate.	Premium Residential and Commercial Package.
